Terms of service

 

No Minimum Orders

We don’t have a minimum order overall, you just need to spend £150 (ex VAT) for free carriage if you’re based in the UK Mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands and the Channel Islands). Please observe the minimum quantities on each product when ordering.


Delivery 

Providing your order is in stock we aim to dispatch all orders within 3-4 working days. All orders for mainland UK customers will be sent via FedEx for next-day delivery. For international customers, we may use different services, but FedEx is our primary service in most instances. 

 

Online Selling

If you’re planning to sell online then please only sell via your own website. Our products should not be sold on other sites such as Amazon, eBay or Etsy without strict permission from Ohh Deer.  

If you’re an online-only company then we will request further information from you before approving your account.

If you are selling our products online then please match our RRP.


Back Orders

If you’ve ordered an item that is out of stock, we’ll notify you at the point of checkout. You'll be presented with an option to have your order split and create a backorder or wait for the order to be fully in stock. If the wait period is longer than 2-weeks we will get in touch to let you know. If the item has been discontinued then we’ll remove it from your order and notify you.


Returns

We do not offer sale or return on our products unless this has been personally agreed with your account manager/sales agent. Please report any discrepancies within 7 days of receiving your order to wholesale@ohhdeer.com.  


Credit

If you’re based within the UK, you can apply for a 30-days credit account by emailing wholesale@ohhdeer.com and completing our credit application form. If approval is not obtained, a Pro-forma payment will be the only option available to you. 

We don't offer credit terms for customers outside of the United Kingdom unless this has been agreed upon personally by your account manager/sales agent.


Payment

Your invoice will provide you with all the information you need for making payment to us. If your invoice is on a proforma basis then you will be required to pay at the time of ordering. 

If you have a credit account with us, we’ll start to process your order once received unless you have an outstanding, overdue invoice.


Exclusivity

Exclusivity within a certain location is at our discretion. Where we are made aware of unique trading conditions, we may limit stores to what ranges they can stock.
